About us

It has been already 25 years ago when I started to make my career in the food-industry. My first job just after finishing my business studies was at a Dutch coldstore and stevedoring company  where I became familiar with the inspiring world of the intercontinental frozen food industry.

In 1994 I started with two partners my first own business, a forwarding company which developed to a 40 million euro business with it's own fleet of trucks and fridge trailers, temperature controlled warehousing and offices in different countries within Europe. Serving a variety of customers in the food industry handling products of any kind at different locations in the food-chain.

During and since I have experienced the advantages of sharing and cooperation, more than to competition.

Foodlogicx, my most recent company, has it's assets not in materials but in knowledge and network. Everyone of our customers is operating out of his own environment, history, culture and philosophy and therefore to meet their demands and requirements a tailor made approach is needed.

To do so we have experienced professionals working within our network who have their expertise on specific aspects and regions.

The way we operate is to find and link the best competences within our large network of companies and professionals who are directly or indirectly involved  in the food business such as producers, wholesalers, retailers, transport&warehousing, marketeers, IT , finance etc. The best combination for the best solution.
